The practice of yoga extends well beyond the boundaries of our mats into all areas of our lives. As part of a program of self care and personal and spiritual growth, practices such as asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and chanting (kirtan and mantra repetition) can help us to navigate the challenges of life with greater skill and ease.
